A pioneer of the reinvented farm-to-table southern hospitality, Irregardless has managed The Glenwood since January 2015 and has nourished folks at it’s Café since 1975. Long before concepts like ‘green’ and ‘sustainable’ became buzz words, founding Chef Arthur Gordon was sourcing local produce, welcoming patrons with live musical entertainment nightly and offering a strong sense of community.
The Glenwood’s rich and diverse menu continues Chef Gordon’s legacy of providing real farm-to-table meals, exquisitely prepared with attentive service. Irregardless Catering offers the full spectrum of menu options including beef, lamb, pork, duck, poultry and seafood. In addition, honoring its beginnings as a vegetarian restaurant, the menu also features a healthy variety of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options using lots of local produce grown at it’s own Well Fed Community Garden, just 3 miles from the Café. Not only has Irregardless historically been a big player in the fine dining scene of Raleigh, but now also caters to over two dozen venues, homes and offices around the Triangle, in addition to The Glenwood.
